Treatment of 37 Addicts Commences at Balkh's 100-Bed Addiction Rehabilitation Hospital

The Directorate for Combating Narcotics has transferred 37 addicts from the 100-bed rehabilitation camp to the 100-bed Addiction Treatment Hospital under Balkh Provincial Public Health Directorate. Following their registration, these patients have been admitted for inpatient care.

It is planned that these individuals will undergo a comprehensive 45-day treatment program, after which they will be discharged and reunited with their families.

Notably, the current inpatient population at Balkh’s 100-bed Addiction Treatment Hospital has reached 108 patients undergoing rehabilitation.
