The process was conducted in the presence of Dr. Abdul Sattar Sehat, Director of Planning and Policy at the Ministry of Public Health, officials from the Offer Opening committee, and representatives of twelve construction companies.

Dr. Abdul Sattar Sehat, Director of Planning and Policy at the Ministry of Public Health, stated, “This process is fully transparent, and we expect the company that succeeds in the bid to carry out their work promptly, in accordance with the guidelines and conditions of the Ministry of Public Health. As this is a public project, we will closely monitor every step of its implementation.”

The construction company representatives pledged that, if successful in the bid, they would adhere to the guidelines and conditions of the Ministry of Public Health while carrying out the work.

Notably, the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) plans to build general hospitals in 318 districts of Afghanistan, and the procurement process for these projects is ongoing.
