Five-Day Training of Trainers Program on Hospital Management Launched

A five-day Training of Trainers (TOT) program on Hospital Management has been launched by the Capacity Building Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health.

The training program, funded by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), will equip 30 participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in effective hospital management, improving administrative processes, enhancing the quality of healthcare services, and streamlining service delivery

At the opening ceremony, attended by several central directors of the MoPH, Director of Capacity Building Mujeeb ur Rahman Mamundzai described the program as an important step toward enhancing the capacity of trainers and stressed the need to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training.

Dr. Sharafat Zaman, spokesperson for the MoPH, also emphasized that effective hospital management and high-quality healthcare services are essential to strengthening public confidence in the healthcare system.
