Kabul — The Ministry of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has donated 51 essential types of medicine to the Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs.

The handover ceremony was attended by the Minister of Public Health, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, along with representatives of the Prevention and Coordination Committee. This donation aims to meet the health needs of Afghan pilgrims and to support preventive health measures during their stay in Saudi Arabia.

Speaking at the event, H.E. Jalali emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to supporting Afghan pilgrims, stating:

"We are striving to provide all necessary healthcare services and facilities for Afghan pilgrims to ensure they can perform their religious duties during Hajj without facing health-related challenges."

Representatives of the Prevention and Coordination Committee also highlighted the importance of this donation, stressing that it will significantly contribute to improving the health and safety of Afghan pilgrims and protecting them from potential illnesses during the pilgrimage.
