Ministry of Public Health Conducts BLS Training Program for Doctors and Nurses in Kabul Hospitals

A one-day training program on BLS (Basic Life Support) was conducted by the Capacity Building Directorate of the General Directorate of Human Resources Affairs of the Ministry of Public Health, with the aim of enhancing the professional capacity of healthcare workers. The program was organized for doctors and nurses from a number of hospitals in Kabul province.

The training was held at the conference hall of the Capacity Building Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health. Its main objective was to strengthen practical skills and improve the working capacity of healthcare personnel in order to provide better healthcare services to patients.

A total of 43 doctors and nurses from Istiqlal, Al-Shifa, Sheikh Zayed, 102-Bed Khairkhana, Stomatology, Infectious Diseases, Ataturk, Afghan-Indonesia, Indira Gandhi, Kabul Ambulance, Ahmad Shah Baba, Rabia Balkhi, Central Polyclinic, and Ibn-e-Sina Emergency hospitals participated in the program and received training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BLS).
