Ministry of Public Health Launches Food Safety Capacity-Building Program for Food Manufacturing Factory Officials

The General Directorate for Food Safety of the Ministry of Public Health has launched a capacity-building program for officials working in the production departments of food manufacturing factories.

The program was conducted in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), bringing together managers and representatives of the production departments of food manufacturing factories. Participants will receive training on food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), quality control, risk management, and the implementation of standardized food production systems.

Program organizers emphasized that enhancing the technical capacity of factory officials, strengthening quality control systems, and complying with food safety standards play a vital role in ensuring the availability of safe and quality food for the country's citizens.
