MoPH Conducts Monitoring Visits to Healthcare Facilities in Paktia

A delegation appointed by the Directorate General of Monitoring and Inspection of the MoPH conducted monitoring visits to various hospitals and healthcare facilities across Paktia Province.

During the monitoring visits, the delegation assessed the quality of healthcare services, the overall health situation, existing challenges, and measures recommended to improve service delivery. The health data quality assurance process was also reviewed, including relevant documents and records to verify the accuracy and reliability of reported data. In addition, the services and activities of surveillance field sites were closely observed and assessed.

The monitoring report was submitted to Mufti Abdul Qudus Hashimi, Director General of Monitoring and Inspection, and will also be shared with the relevant implementing organizations to help improve the quality of healthcare services and address existing challenges.
