The Ministry of Public Health’s General Directorate of Human Resources has linked the Human Resources Management Department of the Logar Provincial Public Health Directorate to the central database system.

This step was taken by the Database Directorate of the General Directorate of Human Resources to advance digitalization, enabling the review and verification of staffing structures, appointments, and related documents in line with central system standards.

Relevant personnel of the Human Resources Management of the Logar Provincial Public Health Directorate received practical training on the database system, enabling them to digitally record and share staff appointments, dismissals, resignations, and other administrative changes with the central office.

With the implementation of this system, administrative processes will be faster, transparency will improve, costs will be reduced, and leadership will receive timely and accurate analytical information.
