New Health Center Inaugurated in Lashkargah, Helmand Province with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Support
A new health center in Ahmad Shahi Township of Lashkargah city, Helmand province, was built at a cost of 24.08 million Afghanis and inaugurated for public use.
The inauguration ceremony of the health center was attended by Helmand Governor Mawlawi Amanuddin Mansoor, Director of Public Health Dr. Naqibullah Fatih, and several other officials.
The center was built on a four-jerib plot of land with financial support from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). It has 30 service rooms and is fully powered by solar energy.
