The Ministry of Public Health laid the foundation stones for a 30-bed hospital in Kabul, a district-level general hospital and a 50-bed hospital in Nangarhar, a 50-bed hospital in Balkh, and a mass immunization building in Kunar, with a total investment of AFN 299 million. In addition, work began on installing power systems at eight health facilities in Ghor Province at a cost of AFN 27 million.

Furthermore, an NCHC hospital in Kunduz Province, constructed at a cost of AFN 28 million, was completed and put into operation. The renovation of the 20-bed hospital in Parian District, Panjshir Province, was also completed at a cost of approximately AFN 7 million, and the hospital was equipped with modern medical equipment.
