نوي ټاکل شوي د عامې روغتیا رئيس مفتي ( سعیدالله نعماني) د معرفت په غونډه کې د نورستان ولسونو ته ډاډ ورکړ چې ورسپارل شوې دنده به په ښه ډول تر سره کوي.

د غونډې یو شمیر د ولایتي ادارو ریسانو او ګډونوالو د نورستان ولایت د عامې روغتیا پخواني رئيس مولوي ( نقیب الله نوري ) کړنې وستایلې او نوي د عامې روغتیا رئيس ته د مبارکۍ ویلو ترڅنګ يې د نیمګړو کارونو د بشپړیدو اولا ښه خدمت غوښتنه وکړه.

دا چې نورستان یو صعب العبور ولایت دی، د دې ولایت د اوسیدونکو همیشنې او اساسي غوښتنه د صحت سکتور پیاوړی کول دي.
