Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali Launches 48 Million AFN Hospital Project in Kunduz

During his official visit to Kunduz province, the Minister of Public Health of the IEA, H.E Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, laid the foundation stone of the Kalbad General Hospital, a project valued at 48 million Afghanis.

It was attended by the Minister of Public Health and his delegation, the Deputy Governor of Kunduz, Habib-ur-Rahman Saqib, the Director of Public Health, Dr. Mohammadullah Hikmat, along with several other provincial officials and local residents.

The Minister of Public Health described the implementation of essential healthcare projects as one of the ministry’s key priorities, adding that efforts are underway to ensure adequate treatment facilities for people across all regions of the country.

The Minister also added that the construction of such hospitals will strengthen services at the district level and facilitate people’s access to essential healthcare services.
