Three-Day Training for Community Health Supervisors (CHS) in Badghis Province Concludes Successfully

The program, organized by the Public Health Directorate of Badghis Province, aimed to enhance the professional capacity of health supervisors, strengthen the monitoring system, and improve the quality of community health service delivery.

During the three-day program, key topics were covered, including CHSs’ roles in supervising health volunteers, evaluating health post activities, using standard reporting checklists, identifying community health issues and timely referrals, and improving coordination between communities, volunteers, and primary health care centers.
