Bid opening held for the construction of the Basic Health Center (BHC) in Khum Ziarat District, Herat Province
The process was conducted in the presence of representatives from the Ministry of Public Health’s Finance and Accounts, Procurement, and Administrative Directorates, as well as several construction companies.
Offer Opening Committee Officials stated, “This process is fully transparent, and we expect the company that takes over the project to carry out their work promptly, in line with the guidelines and conditions set by MoPH. As this is a public project, we will closely monitor every step of its implementation.”
The construction company representatives pledged that, if they take over the project, they would adhere to the guidelines and conditions of the Ministry of Public Health while carrying out the work.
