Officials from the Offer Opening Committee stated, “This process is fully transparent, and we expect the company that takes over the project to carry out their work promptly, in accordance with the guidelines and conditions set by the Ministry of Public Health. As this is a public project, we will closely monitor every step of its implementation.”

Representatives of the construction companies pledged that, if they take over the project, they would adhere to the Ministry of Public Health’s guidelines and conditions while executing the work.

It is important to highlight that the Ministry of Public Health is undertaking a comprehensive nationwide initiative to establish general hospitals across all 318 districts, with procurement processes for this large-scale project actively underway.
