Bid Opening Held for GH Construction in Shakar Dara District

The bid opening for building a General Hospital (GH) in Shakar Dara District took place with the participation of Dr. Sayed Rasool Mangal, Director General of Planning and Policy at the Ministry of Public Health, along with officials from procurement, administration, finance, and accounting departments, and representatives from 13 construction companies.

Dr. Mangal stated that the process was fully transparent. He added, "We expect the winning company to complete the work on time and according to the Ministry’s standards, as this is an important public service project."

Company representatives also pledged to follow the Ministry’s guidelines if selected for the project.

Notably, the Ministry of Public Health plans to build general hospitals in 318 districts across the country, and the procurement process for this initiative is currently underway.
