Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi, Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Public Health, Led a Coordination Meeting with the Officials of Specialized and Tertiary Hospitals in Kabul Province.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration, Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi, emphasized the importance of effective management, stating: When management is carried out properly, work progresses with higher quality and at a faster pace.

The Deputy Minister also delivered a speech regarding the salaries of health workers, stressing the importance of safeguarding their rights and wages to boost morale and enhance the quality of work in the health sector. He issued clear instructions to the relevant officials to address the existing challenges in hospitals and to improve healthcare services.

During the meeting, Dr. Wahdat Alkozai, Director General of Curative Medicine at the Ministry of Public Health, underscored the importance of giving priority to domestic pharmaceutical products to guarantee quality and improve access. He also addressed the issue of coded prescriptions, emphasizing the necessity of effective preventive management and careful oversight.
