Farah Public Health Directorate Inspects 54 Healthcare and Food Facilities; Expired Products Confiscated

The Monitoring and Inspection Department of the Farah Directorate of Public Health conducted inspections of several private healthcare centers, pharmacies, medical clinics, and food production and distribution centers across the province.

During these inspections, 37 health facilities, pharmacies, and private healthcare clinics, along with 17 food production companies and wholesale and retail outlets, were inspected. As a result, one pharmacy and one health facility were sealed for non-compliance with health standards and regulations. In addition, 130 kilograms of expired food products and medicines were confiscated and transferred to designated sites for safe disposal.
