Inspection of Private Health Sectors in Daikundi Province

The Health Laws Enforcement and Monitoring Team from the Daikundi Directorate of Public Health conducted a comprehensive inspection of several private healthcare facilities in Shahristan district. As a result of this operation, eight facilities, including two outpatient health centers, multiple pharmacies, and dental clinics, were shut down due to non-compliance with legal regulations and the absence of proper licensing.
Simultaneously, the pharmacy operating within the Laghman Provincial Hospital, which had been engaged in selling overpriced medications, was officially closed by the Department of Food and Drugs under the Laghman Directorate of Public Health, following the identification of these violations.
