Minister of Public Health convenes a meeting with the deputy ministers of the Ministry of Public Health, central department directors, and hospital directors

The Minister of Public Health for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, convened a meeting with the deputy ministers of the Ministry of Public Health, central department directors, and hospital directors. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss ways to improve the healthcare system.
In attendance were the Deputy Minister of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mawlawi Muhammad Ishaq Sahibzada, the Deputy Minister of Health Services, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, as well as other department directors and healthcare workers.
His Excellency emphasized that providing healthcare is a sacred duty. He thanked the healthcare workers for serving the medical needs of the Afghan people, even in difficult circumstances.
His Excellency stressed the importance of obedience to leadership in order to organize and improve the healthcare system. He urged all healthcare workers to be fully honest and dedicated in caring for the suffering Afghan people.
Hus Excellency stated that efforts are underway to increase the capabilities and capacities of all healthcare workers, with the goal of establishing a robust, high-quality healthcare system that can properly diagnose and treat all sick citizens.
Regarding healthcare worker salaries, the Minister said they are working to find the best ways to increase compensation.
The Deputy Minister of Health Services, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, noted that the Islamic system requires those in charge to fully understand and carry out their daily responsibilities. Similarly, the Deputy Minister of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mawlawi Muhammad Ishaq Sahibzada, emphasized that the Ministry's duty is to provide excellent care and address the health needs of all sick Afghan citizens through standardized diagnosis and treatment.
