Ministry of Public Health Holds Graduation Ceremony for Nearly 500 Specialist Doctors of 1404
The ceremony was attended by Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, Minister of Public Health; Hamdullah Nomani, Minister of Communications and Information Technology; Noor-ul-Haq Makhdoom, Deputy Minister for Planning and Policy of the Ministry of Interior Affairs; Sheikh Abdul Baqi Haqqani, Director General of the National Examinations Authority; senior officials of the Ministry of Public Health, representatives of various Emirate institutions, international partner organizations, and the media.
His Excellency Jalali called his participation in the 1404 HS specialist doctors’ graduation a source of pride and joy and congratulated them on completing the Speciality Program. He stressed that the graduates bear a great responsibility and must serve the people with full commitment, sincerity, and good ethics.
H.E Hamdullah Nomani, described the ceremony as a place of gratitude and stressed the importance of introducing skilled professionals to serve Afghan society. He urged doctors to perform their duties with sincerity, commitment, and proper care for patients.
Sheikh Abdul Baqi Haqqani congratulated the graduates and emphasized that public awareness programs should be expanded and preventive health services strengthened to better prevent diseases.
Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi congratulated the specialists, stressed professional commitment and sincere service to the people, and encouraged them to pursue further postgraduate studies.
Dr. Nisar Ahmad Niazi, Director General of the Speciality Program of the MoPH, congratulated the 1404 year specialists and urged them to continue their academic and professional development. He highlighted efforts to standardize and enhance programs to ensure citizens have access to appropriate health services.
The Chief of Staff of the MoPH, Sheikh Muhammad Tahir Halim, and Dr. Emal Wardak, Trainer Specialist of the General Directorate of Speciality Program, congratulated the graduated specialists and delivered comprehensive remarks.
