An advanced ambulance valued at US$11,000 was recently donated to the 75-bed hospital in Ghanikhel, located in the Shinwari district. The vehicle, fully equipped with modern emergency medical equipment, was purchased through the generous contribution of a local businessman, Mr. Abbasin Shinwari, a resident of the same district.

A formal handover ceremony was held, attended by relevant health authorities and several government officials. During the event, the ambulance was officially transferred to the hospital's management, marking a significant enhancement in the hospital’s emergency response capacity and access to lifesaving services for the local population.

Speaking at the event, Provincial Public Health Director Mawlawi Aminullah Sharif praised the initiative as a commendable act of public service. He urged other members of the business community to follow suit by supporting the healthcare sectors, emphasizing the importance of collective responsibility in promoting sustainable community development and improving public welfare.
