MoPH and MdM-F Sign MoU to Expand Healthcare Services in Underserved Areas of Nimroz

The ministry of public health signed a seven-month memorandum of understanding (mou) worth usd 992,460 with médecins du monde france (mdm-f) to improve access to quality primary healthcare and comprehensive nutrition services in underserved areas of nimroz province.

The mou was signed to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services and help address the health needs of the local communities. Under the mou, 37,127 residents of the province will benefit from healthcare services provided through five health facilities, while employment opportunities in the health sector will be created for 20 people.

Representatives of mdm-f also expressed their commitment to implementing the project in line with all established standards over the seven-month period, with a particular focus on meeting the healthcare needs of the local communities.
