A capacity-building seminar was held for the central and provincial estate managers of the Ministry of Public Health to enhance property preservation and ensure systematic registration and verification of official documents.

The seminar gathered estate managers from the central office and all 34 provinces to promote accurate completion of property-registration forms, establish a standardized provincial reporting system, prevent misappropriation of assets, safeguard official documentation, and accelerate the verification and registration process within the Ministry of Finance’s property database.

The event was attended by the Deputy Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi; the Director of Planning and Programming, Dr. Abdul Satar Sehat, and other senior administrative officials.

Deputy Minister Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi highlighted the need for sound property stewardship, proper documentation, and responsible use of ministry assets. He stressed that related contracts must be conducted in a transparent and rational manner to prevent encroachment and administrative issues.

The seminar was organized by the Administrative Directorate under the Deputy Minister’s Office for Financial and Administrative Affairs, where all relevant procedures and topics were presented to participants.
