MoPH Conducts Two Capacity-Building Training Programs for 93 Healthcare and Administrative Staff

The Capacity Building Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health conducted two training programs last week for healthcare and administrative staff of central hospitals.

As part of these programs, a five-day training course was conducted for 48 staff members of Ataturk National and Specialized Children’s Hospital, covering administrative correspondence, planning, the fundamentals of administration and management, report writing, and meeting management. In addition, a four-day professional training course on Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) was conducted for 45 doctors from Rabia Balkhi Hospital. Both training programs were delivered by the administrative and professional master trainers of the Capacity Building Directorate.

The programs were aimed at strengthening the professional and administrative capacities of healthcare workers, enhancing their practical skills, and improving the quality of healthcare service delivery.
