MoPH Holds Coordination Meeting to Strengthen Healthcare Service Delivery in Ghor Province

A meeting was held with Mawlawi Mohammad Salim Haqqani, Director of Internal Audit of the Ministry of Public Health, and his accompanying technical team, in the presence of Mawlawi Abdul Wahid Hamas, Director of Public Health for Ghor Province, along with representatives of partner health organizations.

During the meeting, Mawlawi Mohammad Salim Haqqani expressed appreciation for the efforts and cooperation of the partner organizations and emphasized the importance of close coordination and collaboration between the Ministry of Public Health, the Ghor Provincial Public Health Directorate, and partner organizations to improve the quality of healthcare services. He stated that the meeting aimed to review the implementation of health programs, identify and address existing challenges, strengthen coordination among partner institutions, and develop effective solutions to enhance healthcare service delivery.

The representatives of the partner organizations also presented reports on their activities, achievements, work plans, and the challenges encountered in their respective areas of operation. They further exchanged views on the implementation of health programs, compliance with the Ministry of Public Health's policies, regulations, and standard operating procedures, strengthening coordination among partner institutions, ensuring the efficient use of resources, promoting transparency in program implementation, maintaining continuous oversight, and improving the quality of healthcare services.

Meanwhile, Mawlawi Abdul Wahid Hamas, Director of Public Health for Ghor Province, stressed the importance of the effective implementation of health programs, the delivery of quality healthcare services, adherence to the Ministry of Public Health's principles and regulations, sustained coordination with the Provincial Public Health Directorate, and responsiveness to the healthcare needs of the public.
