MoPH Internal Audit Director Conducts Field Evaluation in Uruzgan Province to Strengthen Healthcare Services

As part of an official visit to Uruzgan Province, Mawlawi Muhammad Saleem Haqqani, Director of Internal Audit at the Ministry of Public Health, met with Provincial Governor Mawlawi Enayatullah Shuja alongside a technical team to assess healthcare conditions and identify service gaps

During the meeting, both sides discussed improving healthcare services and addressing key challenges. The governor pledged close cooperation with the central government to strengthen the health sector and emphasized the importance of such field visits in resolving issues and delivering services.

The Director of Internal Audit assured that efforts would be made to jointly resolve all barriers affecting service delivery. He reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to achieving meaningful improvements and expanding access to essential health services in the province.

This visit was part of the 1446 Hijri Annual Evaluation, aiming to assess service quality, follow up on unresolved issues, and ensure timely provision of essential healthcare to the local population.
