MoPH Reviews Monitoring Findings with Officials of Private Hospitals in Kabul

Mufti Abdul Quddus Hashimi, Director-General of the Monitoring and Inspection of the Ministry of Public Health, held a meeting with officials of Aqsa, Faiz, and Kausar private hospitals in Kabul at his office.

The meeting was held following a nighttime inspection of the hospitals conducted by the Director-General of Monitoring and Inspection as part of the ministry’s monitoring plan, during which a number of issues and shortcomings were identified. He discussed these concerns with the relevant officials and stressed the need to take necessary and effective measures to improve the quality of healthcare services and ensure that patients receive standardized, safe, and timely care.

It is worth noting that such monitoring and inspection activities will continue to improve the quality of healthcare services, ensure transparency, reduce health-related challenges faced by the public, and encourage health facility officials and doctors to provide better services to citizens.
