MoPH Strengthens Oversight with Weekly Coordination Meetings

The Ministry of Public Health’s Director General of Monitoring and Inspection, Dr. Enayatullah Enayat, held a coordination meeting with officials from the Directorate of Health Facilities Evaluation

The meeting, attended by the Director of Health Facilities Evaluation, Mawlawi Mahmoodullah Zahid, addressed the directorate’s needs, the enforcement of laws in public and private hospitals, and enhanced coordination among directorates. Notably, to address issues, weekly coordination meetings will be held by the General Directorate of Monitoring and Inspection with officials from the Private Sector Directorate, Supervision Directorate, and the Licensing Department of the Medical Council. The aim is to establish a joint and organized mechanism for timely problem-solving.

Dr. Enayat provided necessary guidance to improve workflow and also visited various departments within the Health Facilities Monitoring Directorate.
