New Directors of Public Health Appointed for Kapisa and Parwan Provinces

Mawlawi Imdadullah Imdad, former Director of Public Health of Parwan Province, has been appointed as Director of Public Health of Kapisa Province, while Dr. Niaz Mohammad Mukhlis, former Director of Public Health of Kapisa Province, has been introduced as Director of Public Health of Parwan Province.

Based on the instructions of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the Ministry of Public Health, these directors were introduced during a meeting by the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Public Health, Alhaj Sheikh Mohammad Tahir Haleem.

Alhaj Sheikh Muhammad Tahir Haleem viewed replacement in global systems, especially within the Islamic Emirate’s system, as a principle of good governance, and said, “Based on the leadership’s direction, these directors can carry out their new duties in the health sector in an orderly manner, in accordance with the proposal of the Ministry of Public Health and the approval of the Prime Minister’s Office of the Islamic Emirate.”

Likewise, Dr. Faqir Mohammad Ziyar, Chief of the Medical Council at the Ministry of Public Health, described the appointment of the new directors as a fundamental task in the health sector during his speech, and added, “We wish both directors success in their endeavors, with blessings from Almighty Allah.”
