The clinics were closed by the monitoring and inspection officials of the Nangarhar Directorate of Public Health in Jalalabad city and the Chaparhar , Surkh Rod, and Khogyani districts for charging patients fees and violating the terms of their agreement with the Ministry of Public Health.
