The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Mohammad Hassan Ghiyasi, Deputy Minister for Health Development and Policy, with the participation of representatives from the Ministry’s central directorates, the Medical Council, the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj and Religious Affairs, the Supreme Court, the General Directorate of Intelligence, the Ministry of Interior Affairs, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Higher Education, and the General Directorate for Monitoring and Follow-up of Decrees and Orders.

During the meeting, the Law on Addressing Medical Violations was presented to the participants and explained through a presentation. Following a review of the law, participants shared their views and recommendations to further refine and strengthen it, with the aim of incorporating the necessary amendments before taking steps to finalize and enact the law.
