Private Health Sector Inspected in Balkh Province

Officials from the Monitoring and Inspection Department of the Balkh Provincial Public Health Directorate conducted an inspection of private health facilities in Sholgara District of the province. As a result, six pharmacies, three medical consultation clinics, and one laboratory were closed for violating health regulations.

In addition, 246 cartons of expired and substandard medicines were collected and transferred to a designated site for disposal.
