Minister of Public Health Visits Construction Site of 200-Bed Provincial Hospital in Kunar

Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, Minister of Public Health of the IEA, and his accompanying delegation visited the construction site of the 200-bed provincial hospital during their visit to Kunar Province to assess progress on the project.

The visit was attended by Mawlawi Abdullah Haqqani, Deputy Governor of Kunar; Alhaj Sheikh Mohammad Tahir Halim, Chief of Staff of the MoPH; Qari Muzaffar Khan Mukhlis, Director of Public Health in Kunar; and several other government officials. The visit aimed to review the progress of construction work and monitor the implementation of the project.

Once completed, the hospital will improve access to quality, specialized healthcare services for the people of Kunar Province and expand the availability of healthcare services across the province.
