کار اعمار این مرکز صحی در ساحه گلچه خیل ولسوالی نورگرام به کمک مالی موسسه UNHCR به هزینه ۲۸ میلیون افغانی آغاز گردیده است، که دارای دیوار احاطوی، ۸ اتاق و دیگر وسایل ضروری در یک و نیمجر یب زمین، می باشد که کار اعمار آن در ظرف یک سال تکمیل خواهند گردید.
