این نظارت که از طرف تیم نظارت و بررسی ریاست صحت عامه ولایت لغمان صورت گرفت، در جریان آن ۲۷ قلم ادویه تاریخ گذشته و ۱۸ قلم مواد خوراکی بی کیفیت جمع آوری و به خاطر از بین بردن به گدام مرکزی انتقال داده شد.
در نتیجه این نظارت، یک کلینیک دندان و دو دواخانه به دلیل نقض قوانین صحی نیز مسدود گردید و برای مسوولان مربوطه هدایات لازم برای رعایت قوانین داده شد.
