MoPH Delegation Reviews Healthcare Services at Sheikh Zayed National and Specialized Hospital

A delegation from the Ministry of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, led by the Deputy Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs, visited Sheikh Zayed National and Specialized Hospital to assess its healthcare services.

The visit, which was also attended by the Director of Kabul’s Specialized and Tertiary Hospitals, Dr Aminullah Momand, the Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration, Qari Abdul Wali Sidiqi, along with his delegation, toured various departments of the hospital.

The Deputy Minister gathered information on the hospital’s existing challenges and needs, stating that the identified issues and requirements would be addressed in coordination with the relevant departments.

He also emphasized the importance of providing improved and standardized healthcare services, strengthening administrative coordination, and meeting the urgent needs of Sheikh Zayed National and Specialized Hospital, issuing the necessary recommendations in this regard.
