MoPH Deputy for Food and Medicine Stresses Stronger Oversight and Improved Healthcare Quality in Balkh

The deputy minister for Food and Drug Affairs of the Ministry of Public Health, Mawlawi Hamdullah Zahid, visited Balkh province and met with officials from the Provincial Public Health Directorate’s Monitoring, Inspection, and Food and Drug departments.

During the meeting, the deputy minister emphasized the strict enforcement of the Ministry of Public Health’s laws and regulations, strengthening the monitoring and inspection process, ensuring the implementation of legal provisions, and improving the quality of healthcare services. He stressed that it is essential to provide timely, effective, standardized, and high-quality health services to the people of the country.
