Over the past month, the Monitoring and Inspection Department of the Farah Public Health Directorate conducted inspections of 146 health facilities, pharmacies, and food outlets

The inspections carried out across various areas of Farah city led to the closure of 1 laboratory, 5 pharmacies, 1 X-ray center, 5 detergent factories, 1 flour factory, and 1 food manufacturing factory for violating health regulations and engaging in illegal activities.

During the inspections, 210 kilograms of food items and 150 kilograms of expired medicines were collected and sent to the central warehouse for disposal.
