A three-day refresher training on mhGAP was conducted for 57 healthcare workers

This training, organized by the Mental Health Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), targeted 75 healthcare professionals from primary health care centers in the provinces of Ghor, Badghis, Herat, and Farah with the aim of capacity building.

The refresher mhGAP training was implemented in two phases, during which participants gained knowledge on important topics related to the identification, treatment, and management of mental health disorders.
