The Ministry of Public Health's Department of Capacity Building and Development initiated a comprehensive three-day training program titled "Management Skills and Workforce Coordination," catering to 60 employees from central hospitals and departments within the ministry.

Hosted at the Seyyed Alf Shah Ghazanfar University auditorium, the program featured sessions led by seasoned professors covering various subjects aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and elevating the standard of healthcare services.

Participants enthusiastically embraced the program and urged ministry leadership to continue launching similar initiatives to further enhance the skills and competencies of healthcare professionals in the future.
