A training program titled "Management and Medical Ethics" has been launched for 32 healthcare professionals

Organized by the Directorate of Public Health Education and Training in partnership with the National Institute of Health Management, the program is specifically designed for healthcare staff from the ministry’s public hospitals and Directorates. Its core objective is to strengthen their professional abilities and enhance their management skills over the course of two weeks.

The program aims to improve the quality of healthcare services by equipping participants with advanced skills and knowledge.

The curriculum includes 22 relevant topics such as management principles, monitoring and evaluation, effective communication, professional conduct, public health foundations, and medical ethics.

To ensure its effectiveness, the program is taught by highly qualified experts and specialists, emphasizing its importance in empowering healthcare workers and strengthening the health sector.

The teaching approach combines practical and theoretical methods, using modern techniques and hands-on activities to create an engaging and effective learning environment.
