AFN 100 Million Worth of Medicines Handed Over to Support 65 Health Facilities in Kunar

Medicines worth AFN 100 million were handed over for distribution to 65 health facilities in Kunar Province by the Provincial Public Health Directorate.

The medicines, valued at a total of AFN 100 million, were handed over to the provincial official of HealthNet TPO in the presence of Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, Minister of Public Health; Mawlawi Abdullah Haqqani, Deputy Governor of Kunar; Al-haj Sheikh Mohammad Tahir Halim, Chief of Staff of the MoPH; representatives of the Provincial Ulema Council; and several other officials. The medicines will be distributed to the designated health facilities.

Qari Muzaffar Khan Mukhlis, Director of Public Health in Kunar, said that the medicines would be distributed to health facilities based on their needs to ensure the provision of quality healthcare services to those in need.
