Bid Opening Held for the Construction of a General Hospital in Dand Aw Patan District, Paktia

The process was conducted in the presence of Mohammad Younis Ghalib, Director of Procurement at the Ministry of Public Health; officials from the Offer Opening committee and representatives of six construction companies.

Ghalib stated, “This process is fully transparent, and we expect the company that takes over the project to carry out their work promptly, in line with the guidelines and conditions set by MoPH. As this is a public project, we will closely monitor every step of its implementation.”

The construction company representatives pledged that, if successful in the bid, they would adhere to the guidelines and conditions of the Ministry of Public Health while carrying out the work.

Notably, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) plans to build general hospitals in 318 districts of Afghanistan, and the procurement process for these projects is ongoing.
