The Deputy Minister of Healthcare Services at the Ministry of Public Health, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, inaugurated the construction of four healthcare centers in Khost province. These projects, valued at seven million Afghanis, will help improve medical services in the region.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Haqqani stated: "By the special favor of Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him), the government has allocated 4.556 billion Afghanis for 174 incomplete healthcare projects across Afghanistan.

The implementation has started in Khost." He further added that four projects in Khost and five in Nangarhar will be completed by the end of this year, while the remaining projects will be finalized within two years.

Once construction is complete, the new healthcare centers will be fully equipped with medical supplies and professional staff, ensuring broader healthcare coverage and improved access to medical services nationwide.
