Ministry of Public Health Signs $50,900 Contract with AFGA to Expand Healthcare Services in Six Provinces

The Ministry of Public Health signed a contract worth $50,900 with the Afghan Family Guidance Association (AFGA) to strengthen and expand healthcare services for the residents of Balkh, Kabul, Kunar, Parwan, Kapisa, and Logar provinces.

The contract has been signed for one year to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services and reduce public health challenges. Its implementation will directly benefit 1,460 people and indirectly 10,000 others in the mentioned provinces, and will also create one job opportunity in the health sector.

AFGA representatives assured that the project will be implemented within one year in line with all set standards and will give special attention to meeting the healthcare needs of the people.
