MoPH Conducts Training Workshop on Capacity Building and Training Needs Assessment

The Capacity Building Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health conducted a two-day training workshop on strengthening coordination and managing the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) database.

The training program was conducted with financial support from the ICRC and was attended by Capacity Building Officials and Human Resources managers from all 34 provinces of the country.

The objective of this program was to enhance training coordination, assess training needs, improve information database management, and strengthen the capacity-building process for staff.

Participants in the program received theoretical and practical training on the use of the information database and the registration of training needs.
