The Ministry of Public Health signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) worth a total of US$39 million with ODESC, GSRO, IRC, IRW, MMRCA, MSD, KOO, MdM-F, HEWAD, HPRO, and HealthNet TPO to strengthen and expand healthcare services for residents of Kabul, Nangarhar, Kunar, Logar, Paktia, Herat, Faryab, Uruzgan, Zabul, Nimroz, Kunduz, Takhar, Sar-e-Pul, Badghis, Badakhshan, Ghazni, Panjshir, Helmand, and Maidan Wardak provinces.

Furthermore, a MoU was signed with India’s Hamdard Pharmaceutical Factory to promote the production of traditional medicines and strengthen technical cooperation.
