The Capacity Building Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health conducted a five-day Training of Trainers (TOT) program on Hospital Management
The training program, financially supported by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), provided 30 participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in effective hospital management, improving administrative processes, enhancing service quality, and streamlining the delivery of healthcare services.
At the conclusion of the training program, which was attended by Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi, Deputy Minister for Finance and Administrative Affairs of the MoPH, along with several central directors, Mujeeb ur Rahman Mamundzai, Director of Capacity Building, described the program as a positive step toward strengthening the capacities of trainers and emphasized the need to continue and further strengthen similar training programs.
The Deputy Minister for Finance and Administrative Affairs also emphasized the importance of effective hospital management, stressing that hospitals should be well managed and the quality of healthcare services improved to strengthen public confidence in the healthcare system.
