Jangalak Drug Addiction Treatment Center Holds Drug Use Prevention and Awareness Program for Ahmad Ali Kohzad High School Students

The program aimed to raise students’ awareness of the harmful effects and consequences of drug use and strengthen their commitment to drug prevention.

The program provided information on the adverse effects of drug use on physical and mental health, as well as its harmful social and moral consequences.

The program also addressed factors that may lead adolescents to drug use, including peer influence, family problems, psychological and social pressures, and exposure to unhealthy environments.

The important role of families, schools, and communities in preventing drug use was also emphasized, along with the Islamic perspective on the harms of drug use.

Finally, the students asked questions, shared their views, and participated in discussions on effective ways to prevent drug use.
